CABIN RENTAL
Our Cabin sleeps 4-6 ( full bed, 1 sleeper sofa - sleeps 2
and loft area that can accommodate 2 children in sleeping bags ).
There is air conditioning/heat and a TV.
No more than 6 allowed in cabin.
Bathroom has toilet and sink.
Sitting area has small refrigerator, microwave, and table/chairs.
Covered porch has outside table/chairs.
A fire pit is also provided along with a picnic table.
Please bring your own linens,
blankets, pillows, sleeping bags and kitchen ware.
( linens, blankets & pillows available for
an additional $20 fee )
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED IN CABIN!
A CASH CLEANING DEPOSIT OF $50 AND
CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED @ CHECK-IN.
The deposit is nonrefundable if cabin is left dirty or damaged
( credit card charged for repairs or missing items ).
Fri-Sat and Holiday $75 Per night
2 night (3 nights on holiday weekends)

Sun-Thur $50 Per Night (2 nights required)
Weekly $350 (one night free)

Cancellation Policy
No refunds for holiday weekends or less
than 60 days written notice prior to arrival date.
All cancellations will be charged a $25 fee
with balance returned in the form of a voucher.
